1. Faulty goods
In accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you may obtain an exchange, refund or repair if your order:
- is not of acceptable quality; or
- is not fit for purpose; or
- does not match a sample or description shown to you.
Once we receive your order and on the basis that it meets the above criteria, we will: (a) in the case of a return - credit your original method of payment and delivery costs; (b) for an exchange, we will deliver a new item to you free of charge; or (c) for a repair, your item will be repaired and delivered to you free of charge.
2. 'Change of mind' returns or exchanges
If you change your mind about your order, we will happily give you an exchange or refund if:
- the items with the original receipt are returned within 21 days of purchase; and
- the items are in original condition as purchased - ie., all labels, tickets are attached, items are clean, unaltered, unused and in original packaging; and
- the item was purchased at full price (ie., not on sale or as part of a promotion).
All shipping costs for change of mind returns are at your expense.
How to return or exchange an order:
When returning or exchanging an item, please [##complete the returns form - if you enclose one with your order OR enclose a brief note outlining your reason for returning the item together with your name, address and phone number and whether you would like a repair, refund or exchange##] and post it back to us at the address below. Risk in returned goods remains with you until it has been received by us. For this reason, we recommend you return your item to us via registered post or courier so you can track your return.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from receipt of your item. We will contact you for your payment details if you are exchanging for a higher priced items.
